'Re-adjust'
One night only exhibition at Fokus Creatives.

This exhibition centred around the notion of upcycling. Each ‘canvas’ holds its own story of a previous life prior to its

re-purposing into the art you see here today. Some canvases were old paintings of mine, some found on the side of the road, some second hand.

All paint was re-used from my murals, and paint pens and brushes used were already in my possession. Re-adjusting is something we all do on a daily basis and yet at the same time something we need more of.

 

As the lighting re-adjusted to and from UV, visitors were tasted to explore the small snippets of life and emotion depicted in these paintings in a different light.
